The dime box frankenset, Page 36: Numbers 316-324

Let's look at the results of last week's neck-and-neck frankenset matchup.

Win -- 1971 Topps #310 Tommie Agee (12 votes)

Place -- 1992 Score #311 Jeff Reed (11 votes)

Show -- 1996 Stadium Club #309 Scott Servais (4 votes)

For the second straight week, two cards received the vast majority of the votes. And, also for the second straight week, vintage ended up getting the slight nod. With twelve of the thirty-two total tallies, Tommie Agee eked out a one-vote victory over the faux-vertical Jeff Reed.

As much as I enjoy the Agee, I personally cast my ballot for Mr. Reed. My love for that masterpiece is hard to put into words.

I don't think I've voted for the winning card in at least a month.

Can this week's page change that?

Only one way to find out.

1999 Upper Deck #316 Charles Johnson

A fascinating play at the plate from an Orioles vs. Cuba exhibition game in 1999.

2014 Topps #317 Lonnie Chisenhall

Throwbacks from the days of the 1902 Cleveland Bronchos.

2014 Topps #318 Luis Valbuena

Another throwback from 2014 Topps, this time paying tribute to the 1909 Chicago Cubs.

2013 Topps Update #US-319 Jordan Schafer

Dugout shots are becoming a lost art.

2014 Topps #320 Hector Santiago

Yet another nice 2014 Topps throwback, the third in a run of four cards in this year's checklist.

1991 Upper Deck #321 Scott Fletcher

A rare dual double play card, with the back featuring some sweet throwback action to boot.

2000 Topps #322 Gary DiSarcina

In a page packed with throwbacks, it's fitting we'd have a card from MLB's awesomely awful Turn Ahead the Clock stunt.

1992 Leaf #323 Tony Pena

The terrific catcher/baserunner/umpire play at the plate combo.

2014 Topps Update #US-324 Alexi Amarista

This week's 2014-dominated page closes with a celebration from one of the frankenset's newest inductees.

The polls are now on the sidebar.

Happy voting!

My vote goes to the Charles Johnson. That bit about the photograph being from an exhibition game made it a no-doubter.

I'm with Zippy on this one. That card is too cool.
